PFC Loadout will accept returns on all ‘Apparel’ products within 2 weeks of delivery; returned items must be in the same condition they were in when the product was delivered and should be returned via a trackable method. PFCL is not responsible for lost return shipments. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, and if approved for refund, you will be credited in the same form of payment used to purchase the item. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to exchange item for a different size, we will gladly exchange, as long as returned item is in new condition. Upon receipt of your return, we will send an electronic invoice for shipping charges associated with the exchanged item.
PFC Loadout will not accept returns on any products in the ‘Gear’ section of our website. Due to manufacturing costs, liability, and our high-quality standards we will not/cannot take the risk of accepting returned armor, holsters, medical equipment, and other gear that is utilized in potential ‘life or death’ situations. If you are unsure if the product you wish to return is considered ‘Gear’ or ‘Apparel’, or if you need further details about a specific product before deciding to purchase, please contact our staff for clarification.
